Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of hemp-derived cannabinoid beverages and regulatory complexity:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened product unless the product is defective or damaged.
  
  

• If we cancel your order (for instance, because shipping to your state is prohibited) you will receive a full refund of your payment (less shipping costs if already incurred).
  
  

• If you decline delivery or delivery fails due to recipient not meeting age/ID verification, we may deduct return shipping costs before refunding.
